By creating an account or using the NaqlaHub platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You represent that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
3. Description of the Service
NaqlaHub is a multi-platform marketing analytics dashboard. It retrieves and displays data from connected advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
NaqlaHub has read-only access. We do not create, modify, or delete campaigns.
4. Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspaces are isolated to ensure data privacy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for analyzing your own advertising performance data from authorized accounts.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited actions include: reverse engineering, automated scraping, circumventing security, or using the Service for fraud.
7. Third-Party Advertising Platform Accounts
Connecting accounts is subject to the terms of those platforms. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with their developer policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are the exclusive property of NaqlaHub. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for internal business use.
9. Your Data & Our License to Process It
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing and improving the Service.
10. Payment Terms
Note: Paid plans may be introduced in the future. Current core functionality is offered via a free plan.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Disclaimers of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that data is error-free or that the Service will meet specific requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid in the last 12 months or $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NaqlaHub against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Account Suspension & Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
17. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
